my open sores have made my labia swell up really bad. ive been having a smelly off-color discharge all through my outbreak which i used to clean up with tissue and Qtips. now the labia have swollen up too bad and it hurts to pull them apart so cleaning is hard. sitz baths dont seems to cleanse out the discharge either. any ideas?
