There is little discoloration (somewhat black) in the tip of the skin and surrounding areas. There is no pain while urinating.  Now I am also feeling little irritation in the tip of the skin even if it is not erected.  Sex or no sex irritation in the tip of the skin is there .  Is it beginning of skin cancer or any kind of STD.

3 weeks before I had a painful, hard and red boil/brusie in my nose for which doc. give me antiboitic containin Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid for 7 days. After taking 5 days medicine it disappeard. However, one more appeared in my left armpit after 7 days. I had not taken further medication, only applied an antibacterial talcum powder twice a day after bathing. Now it is somewhat disappeared.  However, yesterday one more boil/bruise appeared in my right armpit. I am totally confused. I think there is an bacterial infection in my body.  I have also headaches in these days.  For controlling this I am taking painkillers now and then.

Kindly advice. If you have any quries I can answer you. Please let me have your reply.

I shall be thankful to you sir.

I'd say you need some blood tests (white blood cell count and differentiation) and blood cultures possibly done and someone to hear your whole history again, especially with the timeline of these boil or infectious eruptions.

I'd get re-evaluated or a second opinion ASAP.  You especially want to be aware of MRSA - which is a life threatening bacterial skin infection - I assume you Don't have that but it should be a part of the evaluation process.

There are two types of HSV, HSV type 1 and 2, and both can cause genital herpes.
