Q: Seriously, I need to know if this is herpes, what to you think?

I started out with a pain in my testicles, it felt swollen but upon examination from the dr. he said everything was fine, he tested me for bacterial infection and looked around for bumps. I still do not have bumps and the pain has subsided but i do have itching around my testicles and anus, i just really need some advice here, i still have no lesions and it has been 3-4 days of this itching, also it has been a month since i had any kind of sex,
