i heard that guys that give women oral sex can get cancer is this true?

I heard this from a friend at school and now many kids at the school are wondering if this is true

You've been told that just by giving a girl oral sex, boys can get cancer? Not ever heard of that one! But, if that's possible, then girls would be at greater risk of getting cancer by giving boys oral sex, right???? Now wouldn't that be a shame if girls stopped doing that for their boyfriends or husbands!!!
