i have to small bumps like pimples on the outside of my vagina lips and i shave so is it like herpes

the outside of my vagina like on the outside lips one on the left and one on the right , they are like pimples really small doesnt hurt or anything but they scare me cause i dont want to have anything , back in april , i was with one guy all he did was rub on me i am still a virgin but his u know...
