i noticed a cluster of bumps on the inside of my gential lips but im not sure if there ingrown hairs

i am a darker woman and down there is pretty dark. and some of the bumps are dark and some are clear. i tried poping them but there both hard to pop. but once i pop it a little liquid but for the most part they bleed a lot. i would say about 5 on each side on the inside of the lip and a couple off...
