I´m 35 years old and , since I was born, I had sex with only three men.

With my first boyfriend, whom I dated for seven years, we always used condom. Besides that, he was virgin and so was I.

My second boyfriend was a very promiscuous guy. I made him test for HIV (the result was negative) and then we began to have unprotected sex. We dated for 2,5 years and I had never seen any kind of sores or bumps on him.

My husband wasn´t a promiscuos person. Besides that, he always had protected sex (condoms) with other girls. I was the first girl he had sex without a condom. We are together for 10 years and we have never cheated on each other.

Now, I have a genital ulcer. It first started with a discharge (like candidiasis) and I took fluconazol. Then it started do burn and itch. I didn´t notice any "bumps" , but now I have some sores... and they bleed...

Is it possible to get a genital herpes that keeps "latent" for 11 years??

My doctor already asked for some blood tests. He said it could be due to an allergic reaction, an auto-imune disease or herpes... but the tests will be ready only on May 29th... I´ll have to wait till then...
