Q: Dry Humping Leads to Sores.. Do I have Herpes??

Every time I "dry hump," the skin around my vagina becomes very sensitive. Three years ago, I tore some areas of my skin and everytime there is friction, they re-open. I thought it was herpes, but I've had four blood tests over two years and countless cultures taken... all of which have come back negative. My doctor told me I don't have herpes.. but they damn sores reappear whenever there is any kind of friction. I'm getting frustrated because I feel like medically I've been given an answer that doesn't explain what I'm experiencing. There are no blisters and rarely any scabbing. They appear the following day and heal within a 3-5 days. Is it herpes or just cuts that reopen due to the dry friction? Is there anything I can do (besides stopping "dry humping") to help them stay healed because they are annoying.. Thanks!
