Im just not really sure if i have it or not. because i have these small lumps around my penis   they dont hurt or they dont look as severe as the pictures that i have seen on the internet. i was wondering of anyone could help me with this?  Could anyone please note what ways gential herpes could be caused by? im really curious. and when i mean no sexual acttiviy i mean NON im quite innonce and havent kissed a girl yet.. =] 

 

I do Masterbate alot.could frequent sperm on the penis cause it?

I doubt you have herpes if your sexual history is an honest one.  Masturbation with subsequent sperm remaining on the shaft of your penis will not cause herpes - you get it from someone who has it.  It is normal for some men to develop small bumps or skin irregularities - even on the penis.
