I just figure out i have herpes few moths ago, and have made some research about it because my boyfriend does not have it and i don't want him to get it...is very rare that she can spread the virus if she does not have an outbreak(but not imposible), specially if she is on treatment with acyclovir to keep the outbreaks away...i read that people on treatment with acyclovir  is less propense to transmit the virus to a partner on a 90%.

You can enjoy a perfect and normal sexual life with your girlfriend, you just have to be aware and take care of each other...get information about HSV ad how to help your partner to live with it..no worries!!...besides...have you ever been tested for hsv?..many people have it and don't even know it..especially men, because most of the time men do not present any sintoms ever..so they spread it without knowing.

I hope this helps you......have a wonderfull weekend.
