Q: can you freeze or burn off herpes?

No.  Valtrex (valacylovir) or acylovir taken orally might help reduce severity and duration of a herpes outbreak.

You can get oral herpes (cold sours) burnt off now. It takes about 4 or 5 times in the same spot but then it won't come back on that same spot again after those treatments. Maybe they will do that for gential herpes in the future. Reply
