Q: "Pimple-like" bump near vagina

I have, what I think is a pimple on the outside of my vagina, in between my lips and inner thigh. There's only one, and it's about the size of a pencil eraser. I've had it for about a week, and I have popped it twice and white puss and blood comes out of it, but it won't go away and does not seem to decrease in size. I have also used a hot compress on it. I am sexually active, but my partner had blood work done and was tested for all STDs with a negative result for any. Could this just be a pimple or an ingrown hair that I have severely irratated by popping it? When I look at it with a mirror, I can't see a hair under the skin, it is very circular and there are no other sores anywhere else.

i have recently found the same type of pimple like bump and im told tht it is a boil, it happens to females whenever there hormones act up and the best or simple thing to do is to dip a paper towel in vinegar and water and dab it on the boil, it supose to shuld start pussing and then go away after awhile it can come back but its not that serious of a ordeal and its not genital herpes
