I have, what I think is a pimple on the outside of my vagina, in between my lips and inner thigh. There's only one, and it's about the size of a pencil eraser. I've had it for about a week, and I have popped it twice and white puss and blood comes out of it, but it won't go away and does not seem to decrease in size. I have also used a hot compress on it. I am sexually active, but my partner had blood work done and was tested for all STDs with a negative result for any. Could this just be a pimple or an ingrown hair that I have severely irratated by popping it? When I look at it with a mirror, I can't see a hair under the skin, it is very circular and there are no other sores anywhere else.
