I had unprotected sex with a casual partner about 2 months ago, a month after that i realised that I had genital warts, i went to the doctor and he diagnosed me, i am now using aldara cream for them to remove them, the other day i shaved down below and applies aldara later that day i started to get itchy so i was scratching then yesturday and today i realised the area is red and when i wee it burns do i have herpes..?

No one can give you an honest answer based on reading this.. Best thing is to go to your doctor simply because it is possible you have it. Get tested for it again if you have already.
