Can an ex husband sue for allegedly giving him herpes 24 years ago? I divorced my ex husband 24 years ago. I remarried 20 years. No herpes with new husband. Ex husband wants to sue me for giving him herpes 24 years ago on the basis that when our child was born ( 2 years before we divorced) it looked like I had herpes.
There were no repeat symptoms, I never took herpes drugs and again husband #2 never got anything.
Is this a nussance lawsuit that is just going to cost me money in legal fees?
