Q: Can you get herpes on your chest/nipples from foreplay?

I'm pretty sure I already have HSV-1 from childhood because I had a cold sore when i was 12.  Now I'm seeing someone and we had "boob sex" which is basically him rubbing his penis between my breasts until he ejaculates.  We've done it twice, and the first time, my nipples and chest felt tender afterwards.  He told me had been tested for all STDs 3 weeks ago and came out clean, but he's been with more people than I have, and I don't fully trust it.  There was nothing unusual about his penis, no lesions or anything like that.  Do you think I could have caught herpes on my chest from this encounter?
