just found out i had herpes today, please help so many questions???

i just found out i had herpes today and i have so many questions that i would like answers to if possible. well im 18 and i was having swelling and pain so i went to the doctor and they called me 4 days later to tell me i contracted herpes, i was in shock, i was not feeling up to...
