Hard to say. You should get it checked out at your doctors office immediatley. There are a number of things that it may be; an allergic reaction, an STD, or some type of an infection.

Well not or scare you or anything it could be an STD. The samething happened to me and i went to the hospital and was diagnosed with Herpes. Does it hurt when you walk, sit, or move around too vigoursly? What you can do is go staright to the doctor dont waste no time getting there, it could be serious. GOOD LUCK!
