im not burning when i urinate. i do not have bumps on my head but i have bumps on my penis but they drying up  like a regular bump. i have not fluids coming out. have no blister thats opeining up. my testicales are red but its clearing up and its like dead skin.  the night after i used the wrong towel and i worked out the next day im just trying to figure out is it a heat rash or something. i went to the doctor and he said it looks like a heat rash and he said i would know if i had it because when he examine it he ask me does it hurt i said no. the redness in my testicales i had when i was 9 i wonder if its jock itch. can somebody please tell me whats going on
