i have painless swelling in & around glans of my penis & on the 1st day i had mild fever and still have headache,fatigue & weakness.Also i have mild tenderness in the inguinal region,there is no burning sensation or blisters.this happened 2 days after intercourse.i have history of severe oral herpes outbreaks 4-5 yrs back

Could be genital herpes. Ididn'thave sores until almost after my first infection.
