Please Help Me! I need answers.

Well first let me say I am like you I also have herpes 2, and yes it sucks.  The good news is that the longer you have it the less the outbreaks if you do not change partners.  There is 3,000 strains of herpes 2 so that is false information if you think you can just go with some one else, who has herpes 2 .it is probally a different strain. Good news is 1,000 mg of valtrex a day keeps it at bay and you probally will not give it to your partner, bad news is valtrex is not real good for your body. Best to figure out how many outbreaks you will have and take it when you get it and wear a rubber, or explain to your partner that 1 out of 5 people in the US now have herpes and with a rubber he will probally not get it, but if he cares for you it should not matter.  It gets weaker so to speak the longer you stay with the same person. Yes oral sex you can get it in your mouth chance you take I thought it was worth it to please my man, but only if you truly love and care for each other or maybe not if you know what I am saying. I have found juicer boost the immune system which cuts down on the outbreaks good news.  Don't take it personal it was never your fault you caught it from someone who was not honest right. You are still the same person, and if they cant hang there is three different directions they can go in right. Valtrex lessens number of outbreaks so when you first get it I recommend 500 to 1000 mg a day for 10 days then lower dose amt to like 250 whatever works for you ask your doctor. Pop a pill and realize geez this is just a part of life, do take antidepressants to keep on a even kill, and remember to like yourself even if you have this right.  It is their problem if they can not deal!! We are strong people who have this and we are survivors no whimps in this club. Life has it's ups and downs but if you have no problems well you know you would be dead right. It is worth the fight.
