Q: if my fiance preforms oral sex on me and i have genital herpes. and we kiss the next day do i have oral herpes?

i have genital herpes. my fiance performs oral sex on me and we kiss (not right after oral) do i have it in my mouth? and can i pass it when kissing someone else? like my daughter?
