I would conclude with a recent 'for sure' exposure that the antibody titer confirms presence.  having said that you could confirm that it is not a "false positive" by requesting a Western blot test or having the test repeated with the BioKitUSA.  IgG and IgM can confirm recent exposure or just exposure in the past at some point.
