after having sex using kama sutra love oil my boyfriend had bad itching and four days later saw
2 lumps not like warts or pimples -could this be allergic reaction to oil

Debbie, that could be an allergic reaction, or an ingrown hair, or a herpes blister... or a number of other things.
The only way to be certain is to have it checked out (and swabbed) by a doctor.
