genital herpes and oral sex

I have hpv, but have been asymptomatic for 2 years. so i am seeing a man who has genital herpes and we haven't had sex but he has given me oral sex and its now 3 weeks later and i am experiencing a sore-like bump between my vagina and rectum. He wasn't having an outbreak, what is the possiblity that I have herpes..? I had just shaved my vagina that day but didn't cut myself. HELP!!

There is a possiblity that he spreaded it to you because he doesn't have to have an out break to spread it. But i have read that if you have an herpes and they do to you cant spread it to another part of the body. weither this is fully accurate i dont know.
