Q: If I have herpes and a girl gives me oral sex dose she need to have cold sores to catch it.

No, and neither do you.

 

Technically it's possible for you to transfer Herpes to her through oral sex. It most likely will happen if you do it when you have any signs of symptoms at all. Just too risky to do it then, so hold off until a week or two after your symptoms have completely disappeared.

 

It may also happen if you do not show any symptoms and receive oral sex from someone.

 

So honestly your best option is 1- tell your partner about your condition and the possible risks and let them make the choice on their own. 2 - Use a condom (even for oral sex) EVERY TIME if you choose not to let your partner know.
