Q: Herpes Outbreak

I have recently been diagnosed with genital herpes.  I think I contracted it from my partner.  He doesn't seem to have any symptoms.  We have been dating for six months and I haven't been intimate with anyone else.  Is it possible to have contracted it years ago with no symptoms, then all of a sudden have an outbreak?

Yes, it is possiable. The delitescence of it can be 2 years, or 6 months. I was told by the STD counselor when I dated with my friends on Herpesloving.com. The expert told me many people have similar experience.
