Even if you have never had sex it is still possible to have HSV. If you are scared to tell or show your mom im pretty sure you have someone you can trust with this information that can getyou to the health department to get tested. It should be free there. I know how you feel I got crabs once and I freaked out showed my mom got grounded. I got it from one of my friends who had it. SHARING CLOTHES WITH HER!!!!!!! So just be careful! There are a lot of things out there!

It may be hard but tell your mom.  Mom's care and she will figure it out just show her your message. There is a blood test that will show if you have it.  It is other people out in the world you can not trust, mom should be ok right. Do not have sex without a rubber ever, and certainly not at 13 ok talk to mom.

Hi Tim.  It does not sound like you have Herpes.  It sounds like it is just an ingrown hair.  It's a hair that never pops out of the skin.  A lot of times it turns into a pimple.  You have nothing to be worried about. 

My advice, is to keep you penis area clean.  Wash every day, and as funny as this sounds, give yourself a pubic haircut!!  It will help the itching!  Just please be careful, don't cut yourself. 

Just talk to you mom.  I'm sure she will be happy to talk with you about this.  It is also a very good thing you are not having sex yet!!   Can you imagine how much scarier this would be if you were having sex!!  If you don't feel comfortable with your mom, talk with the school nurse.
