Q: Painless blisters on vagina. Most definitely herpes??

I am having sex with just one person, but he is sleeping with multiple women. About a week after the last time we had sex I noticed some white blisters on the outside of my vagina, on the clitoris. They are red at the bottom, very tender, and painless. We did use a condom, but at one point my vagina did come in contact with his penis without protection.

Is it definitely genital herpes, even if its painless, and I am not suffering any other symptoms?

I cannot afford any medication, so will I still be okay if I let it be and not take any medication for it?

Sorry to hear that this sounds like herpes. YOu must get it looked at thought to confirm and even further diagnosed by lab work such as pcr test and or blood test for antibodies igg and or igm to detect more recent infection. You can get herpes even if you use a condom unfortunately because of where the latex doesn't cover. YOu do not need medication to take care of herpes necissarily but if you want to lower the chances of transmitting to another person they say to take valtrex and that decreases the risk of spreading by 60% or so. So keep your head up, you don't know that it's herpes my dear. You need to have it diagnosed by a dr. and don't self-diagnose. To rest your stress and anxiety you may want to go to the doc. if that blister is still there for the pcr test but timing is essential when you do the blood test. They say it can take up to 3 months to make the antibodies the blood test looks for which are called igm and or igg. Now if it was really recent that u were possibly infected, like a couple of weeks the igm will be positive the igg is the secondary immune response and is from an older infection. ok
