This disease is EXTREMELY - HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS PERIOD.  Please do not take any chances while you have an outbreak.  Your partner will get this if you do not use condoms and sometimes condoms are not safe because they come off.  Oral sex is not safe beacuse of the way our mouths are made.  Lets say your have a cavity, or you bit your lip, or just some kind of cut in your mouth, that is where this disease gets in and infects the other person.  Then that pretty girl or sexy man gets ugly blisters on their face.  This disease is horrible.  Best thing to do is seek advice from the STD clinics on how to handle your sex life.
