how do i know i have herpes becuase i have al this time safe sex that i used a condom but now in my genital near the leg it's like pealing and i got like an rash and up till now i have sex with 3 girls one of them too times and a nother like 2 years ago and the athore one near mei and then in july of this year and the last one like 3 weeks ago but i used a condom from the beginning but frist than that i went too the beach and like somthing bit me and i had like a rash i went too the dokter and he sad it was chiken fox  but i had it when i was in the 3 grade but now i don't know what it was and what can i do if i don't know if it herpes or not

Chicken pox would appear all over your body - shingles, a reactivation of the chicken pox virus would be possibly localized but would also tend to be painful.  A condom is your best protection agains herpes, however it is not 100% protection against catching herpes, expecially if your partner is having a reactivation of the virus at the time of sexual activity.  If the rash persists, I would get a second opinion from another doctor - preferably a dermatologist.
