Can the use of Zovirax actually cause "phantom prodome" symptoms

I haven't had an outbreak in years, but because I am planning on being sexually active with a new partner, asked my dr for some zovirax to be used as suppressive treatment. I have been taking it for about 4 days now and all of a sudden, am starting to feel that tingling sensation before an outbreak. Maybe it is stress related and I will have an outbreak, but it seems strange, when I haven't had one for years and am now on zovirax. I read that zovirax sometimes causes phantom prodrome symptoms and I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

The fact that you are considering a new sexual partner may in and of itself be causing some stress and thus the re-activation.  I did see other people had posed this question on other sites, so i guess i'm wondering if indeed certain people are experiencing this OR they are similar to you - starting a new relationship which is causing stress....
