what sores? I am asumign you are referring to a HSV outbreak. Fill your bath tub with warm water add some baking soda and take a bath, this helps soothe them. I read you can also make a baking soda paste (a bit of water and baking soda) an put it on the sores to help to dry them up. I have not tried this, but I have done the baking soda bath.
