I have recently been dx w/ genital herpes. I have had one very severe outbreak and I am currently in the middle of an outbreak now. Both outbreaks have been within the last 2 mnths, I have not been taking the acyclovir in between outbreaks and I have had type 2 diabetes, which is diet controlled.

Q: If my labia skin is coming off and has pus all around it with a herpes outbreak, should i see a dr.

Thank you for your question. I strongly suggest you see a doctor about this right away. He or she can help you come up with a treatment plan to prevent future severe outbreaks.
