when i shave a sometimes get acne, i shaved a couple days ago and noticed a very small irritated pore near my lips. not on my lips though. i also kissed a girl who i thought might have herpes but i asked her and she said she did not and i believed her. what could this be?

This could be a simle pimple due to accumulation of dust on face.there os nth 2 worry as it will get cured by it self.
