I have a sore on my vagina it seems like a blister there isnt pain!

I am 19 and sometimes every once in a while i get little bumps on my vagina they dont really bother me but i can feel them they go away like after a few days but this time i got a big sore and it wasnt hurting until i tried squeezing it so my question is what is it and what is causing it?I know that i dont have herpes because I am not sexually active!

There are two types of HSV, HSV type 1 and 2, and both can cause genital herpes.
