Q: I've just been exposed to genital herpes. When should I be tested to see if I contracted the virus?

Thank you for posting your question. If you have been exposed to herpes, you should speak with your doctor as soon as possible. This article (Genital Herpes and Testing) contains information about herpes testing and the possible results. There is also an interesting post from Dr. Charlottle Grayson about herpes testing that is interesting.
