He has slept with an indonesian prostitute and was tested for all the std's but there was no mention of herpes test. Could I have warts or genital herpes. They seem to clear for a while and then come back. My life is very stressed at the moment could it be due to stress?

Get tested for herpes with an IgG and IgM. I also recommend getting an HIV test several times during the next year and a half - since the incubation period could take a while for HIV to show up.
