Q: are the little read bumps that appear from genital herpes hard to pop? do they seem like they're just red skin bumps if you know what i mean ?

i have these little red bumps that when i try to pop it seem impossible,usually when i have an ingrown hair popping it works. but the bumps i've gotten recently are just red bumps and nothing comes out when i try to squeeze them a little bit of white stuff like a reg pimple but the bump stays there???
