I have just found out I have Herpes for the first time. I know who I got if from but they haven't told me themselves and it's possible they don't know they have it. I know I need to talk to him about it but I have no idea how to go about it and inform him I have it but also perhaps getting him to admit he's had it and had given it to me. How do you bring up a subject like that? Any advice?

Ya i agree wiht u its very hard to bring up this discussion fearing they will accuse u. My dude i got it from is still denying it yet. He does know he has it he just thinks hes smarter then me is all. He thinks im a lil dumb and i proved him wrong the other day. I guess u just have to have the courage to do it. Trust me it took about 3 weeks the first time to discuss it with him. It was very hard to do.

I still haven't spoken to the guy who gave it to me. Funnily enough he seems to have disappeared off the face of the Earth since I got it! I've since met someone and decided to be brave and when we talked and made the decision to be together I told him straight up that I had it, but while we were dating in the beginning I kept it secret so I knew that we liked me for me when I did eventually tell him. He took it very well and we're still together and happy in love. I never thought it possible!
