Can a man who is sleeping with several women at the same time without condoms spread Herpes 2 amongst the women and still have a negative Herpes 2 blood test himself?  If one or more of these women now test positive, can he test negative, or must his blood test positive for Herpes 2 in order for him to thave been the one who has spread it?
