Dear Doc..a few days ago I noticed a brownish/blackish raised dot/mark on the head of my penis away from the hole towards the right. There is a red area surrounding it in a confined area. I am a virgin in all senses of the word, one girl has touched my penis, but that was roughly two weeks ago. I do not know what it is. Is it just a rash/blocked pore, or is it possible to get an std/cancer by mastrubation alone. Thank you.
