What process did you have to go through to accept you have herpes. I got it a year ago and didnt know I had it. I gave it to my partner so I never really had to deal with it. We have now split up and I have had to face telling new people. At this point, I havent been able to do it. I am 40 and I have decided that I will not date anyone until I have sorted this out. If I cant accept it for myself, how can I ask anyone else to accept in me?
