Q: chances of infection by having unprotected sex with an infected partner?

I have numerous little tiny bumps on the tip of my penis like a rash, which can be seen only if I have an erection or if looked very closely. By numerous I mean more then thirty bumps, I also have never experienced any pain. the bumps have never disappeared since the day I had them. Is that a sign of herpes? Could it be by any chance another curable disease? I have had no symptoms for over 2 years. What is the situation for me. Can herpes affect my chances of getting a good job?

if I were you i'd pay attention to if those bumps itch at all, ever. It could be a sign of HPV to have the little bumps everywhere that dont go away on their own. A simple examination of the area by a doctor will tell you if it's HPV or the less likely herpes. I have HPV and it's treatable and removable but a bit expensive for the medicines and cryo therapy. Once or twice it's a painful proceedure and it's gone but at least it isn't the herp.
