Healing stage oral HSV1 contagious enough to give gf genital herpes?

I had a tiny cold sore outbreak (size of a pin head), alleviated with abreva to where 5 days later it's just a smooth red spot. On that 5th day I gave my gf oral sex and now am scared I may have given her genital herpes. How contagious was I? What should we do? We realized immediately after...
