Natural treatment for genital herpes??
Anyone had any luck with anything NATURAL for genital herpes? I hate taking Valtrex every day, and it's EXPENSIVE.
I tried Viralprin, Genisil, they didn't work. The only thing that has worked for me that is natural is Herpaflor. They have tablets and liquid and also a suppression therapy that you take once a day - can do either or both.

I just checked out the Herpaflor.com website, the ingredients are natural and there's also a research page if you want more info on the ingredients.
I know that the L-Lysine that they use is proven to help with viral infections.

I've been using Anti-Viral Elixir for the past year. It works well for me, and it doesn't cost too much. I only spend about $12 a month on it. I also watch what I eat - I try to not eat too many high arginine foods, and I take herbs to lessen stress.
