My son came back from college (he goes away to school) on 5/17, this is when he had his very 1st outbreak, we went to the Dr. and he was put on medication. Now he is on his second outbreak (not as bad as his 1st one 
). But I was wondering if there are any other ways to catch Genital Herpies? I touch all his dirty clothes to wash (wet towels, underware etc...) how about hand towels or even the toilet seat and door knobs ....I've been using Lysol like crazy, because my husband and I don't want to catch it ... Thanks

Thanks so much for the question. Here is a link to some information about the transmission of oral and genital herpes. There is a good video online as well that gives information on the transmission of herpes as well. You can access it here. Futher questions about any issues should be directed to a doctor.
