about 10 months ago i had some dots on my penis, nothing else. but now i just started to realize this could be something, now i have 4 miscolored patches on my penis, red spots, but they dont form its own mass, its just a different color. not a lot of pain regarding the penis, the spots a SLIGHTLY sensitive but not really itchy/sore. I have one miscoloration (same thing) on my scrotum, its a dark brownish color. on my thighs i have these "zit" things, not blistery like i have heard, i think it is acne as it has been there for almost a year now, and i have some acne on my back. on my face nothing is too wrong, just some blackheads and zits, no odd zits. i get cold sores about once every 2 years, my mom says its generic, but i never have a cold sore while i have these penis dots. i have no blemishes on my anus, but i feel some bumps on the roof of my mouth with my tounge, but cant see any discoloration. there has been no odd discharge or any other pain linked to the dots. please help in this diagnosis, is it just a rash? im a 13 year old male with no sexual relation. thanks!
