Do i have herpes? (male)

about 10 months ago i had some dots on my penis, nothing else. but now i just started to realize this could be something, now i have 4 miscolored patches on my penis, red spots, but they dont form its own mass, its just a different color. not a lot of pain regarding the penis, the spots a SLIGHTLY...
