Q: I'm getting outbreaks after having sex, how can I prevent this

after having sex I normaly get an outbreak, it's very normal if I have sex more than ones a day. how can I prevent the outbreak after having sex. I don't want to wait until it goes away just to have sex and start all over with the same treatment again and again.. now I take the zoverax cream 5%acyclovir, when the symthom starts
