It isn't normal to have this condition so the only sure way to get an answer is to visit your doctor, explain the symptoms and possibly submit to an examination. Obviously, if you have the complaint at the time you visit your doctor, the easier it will be to assess the problem.   Could it be that you or your partner are using some form of protection? Sometimes skin can react to spermicides in condoms or other forms of protection.
